Cable and Membrane Structures
Calculation and Design

Tension members as a construction element

In the course, the basic principles of the calculation of flexible structures will be taught on the one hand, and on the other hand, design aspects for the execution will be considered. The theoretical part of the lecture is comprehensively supplemented by examples and experiences from practice. Construction details, planning processes and special features during execution are examined in more detail.
