Coming from the A5 or A67 freeway from the direction of Frankfurt / Cologne or Heidelberg / Basel, take the exit “Darmstadt – Stadtmitte”, follow the “Rheinstraße” and go through the City Tunnel. In the City Tunnel keep left. Then follow the signs for “TU Darmstadt – Lichtwiese” or “Aschaffenburg”.

Building L5|06 is located parallel to the feeder road (Eugen-Kogon-Straße) and is the building on the right side with the blue gantry crane.

Parking is available along Eugen-Kogon-Straße and in designated parking areas of the Lichtwiese campus.

Get off at Darmstadt main train station, exit via the front entrance and take bus “K” in the direction of “TU Darmstadt – Lichtwiese/Mensa” and get off at the “TU-Lichtwiese” stop. After getting off the bus, walk in the opposite direction. Building L5|06 is located about 100 meters north of the bus stop.

Alternatively, Lichtwiese can also be reached via the Odenwaldbahn / VIAS (line 65, Erbach – Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof). The stop is called “Darmstadt TU-Lichtwiese Bahnhof”.
