This year's Merck company run took place on 13 May 2025. Over 7,000 runners from companies in Darmstadt and the surrounding area took part on four different courses between 2.5 and 10 kilometres in length.

This time, Faculty 13 of the Technical University of Darmstadt took part for the first time with a joint team of students, research associates and professors from different areas. The run, which was characterised by fun and sporting spirit, was a complete success. Dr Rädel from the Department of Steel Construction was able to secure 1st place in her age group. Professor Clemens Hübler from ISM+D even managed to take 2nd place (1st place in the M35 age group) in the overall ranking for the 5 km course. At least as important, however, was the joint event and subsequent celebration of all participants.

We are looking forward to taking part again next year and hope to see many new, enthusiastic runners!
